This rustic serving board is one of a kind as it is made from recycled South Carolina Oak from a 150 year old barn. It was lovingly restored to use again for another centruy as a serving board. It is large, rustic and thick. It was originally a main post for the barn. The board still has bark on two sides and is perfect as a Bread, Cheese, Cutting, Charcuterie or Pastry serving board. The board measures 30" x 11.5" x 1.25".
All our boards are finished with food safe oils and natural bees wax to ensure food safety.

Maintenance is simple. If you get the board wet dry it immediately. The wood pours are only partially sealed so that the true grain of the wood can show through. To bring back the luster just add a thin film of olive oil or other heavy cooking oil onto both sides. Remove any excess oil after an hour. Not dish washer safe.
